Website privacy notice
This notice covers the website at www.valeor.io. It does not cover the StallionOS platform, which has its own Privacy Policy that you accept when you create an account. Valeor LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, runs this website ("we", "us").
What we collect
When you make a request. If you request the demo or the pitch deck, or book a meeting, we collect your first and last name, work email, firm, role, whether you are a firm or an investor, your type of firm or investor, and the time of your request. If you book a meeting, the scheduling service also records the time you choose.
To confirm your email. We email you a one-time code and ask you to enter it, so we know the address is yours. To help us review requests, we also look up public information about your email's domain: whether it receives email, when it was registered, and whether it has a website. These lookups are about the domain, not about you.
When you browse. With your consent where the law requires it, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location (city or region, from your IP address), device and browser type, and which buttons you click. We use it only to understand and improve the site.
To stop spam. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a person. It processes technical information about your browser and connection for that purpose.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser type) for security and reliability.
Why we use it
- To review your request and decide whether to send the materials you asked for.
- To send you a confirmation, the materials if we approve the request, and replies about it.
- To schedule and hold the meeting you booked.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

These providers process information on our behalf and may store it in the United States.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and similar) to tell visits apart. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first, and analytics stays off unless they accept. Everyone can change their choice at any time with Cookie choices at the bottom of every page, and we treat a browser's Global Privacy Control signal as a decline. The booking scheduler and the spam check may set their own cookies that are needed for them to work.
How long we keep it
We keep request and meeting records for as long as they are useful to the conversation they started, and delete them on request. Google Analytics is set to keep data for 14 months.
Your choices
Email nate@valeor.io to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local law, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is for business professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
